3. Pricing & Payment

- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, our payment service provider.
- By completing checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the amount shown.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful payment:
- You will receive an instant email containing your download link.
- If you do not receive the delivery email within 10 minutes, you must contact us at sales@lanautomation.com for assistance.

5. Refund Policy (Required by Stripe)
We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee.
You may request a refund if:
- You are not satisfied with the Guide, and
- You contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must be sent to sales@lanautomation.com and include:

- Purchase email
- Proof of payment (Stripe receipt or transaction ID)
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
6. Licence & Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Guide for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Share, resell, or distribute the PDF

- Upload it to shared drives or groups
- Use it for commercial training, courses, or consulting without written permission
Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in termination of access and legal action.

- Reporting to Stripe’s fraud systems

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
